If no stars was an option that's what I would give CIBC Mission. I had a mortgage which should have closed a month ago however CIBC has not provided a payout statement to my lawyer's office despite their numerous requests. When either myself or the lawyer's office try to follow up with CIBC staff we are given the run around. Despite a commitment that it would be provided last week it still wasn't and CIBC staff continue to dodge my calls and not provide the required service. Worst customer service experience i have ever had. 4 calls to amandeep, left messages never got a call back. Manager is off never got a call back. Avoid at all costs
