Worst customer service experience i have ever had. 4 calls to amandeep, left messages never got a call back. Manager is off never got a call back. Avoid at all costs
You got a few people in the office with door close. 15 on line up. 2 cashier. This location sucks..
The customer service is non existent. They did not follow up as they said they would. They made depositing a cheque seem like the most difficult thing they've ever done. I've returned 3 times and I'll be back for a 4th time in a week. Everytime I have to go in it feels like I'm asking them to solve a quantum physics equation.
I went in some time last month to stop auto deposits for my TFSA, they said the person who could help me wasn't there or i had to call a number. I did not catch what the employee last said to me as I was a bit spacey and left in a hurry, but behind the scenes they ended up taking care of it and my auto deposits stopped. I really appreciated it and thought i should drop an honourable mention.
Amandeep has been completely useless when trying to make changes to my auto loan. Has been months and now she won’t respond to emails. I’m going to have to find a real branch to deal with.
