It was a very poor experience. Although July 1st is Canada Day and a public holiday, the online information still showed it as open until 5PM, so I went to the Branch and had to return.
A Great Bank.. in Mission, BC Wonderful Staff..
Went to this location today at 3:20pm. 10 people in the line up. 1 on the teller, the other one left without a care, no acknowledgement, no eye contact, just left. NARINDER Was GREAT although we had to wait. We knew it wasn't his fault. He was friendly, try to do as fast as he can even though he knew people was agitated. Question for management? Why would you schedule ONE person on a Friday and end of the month?? 5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ for NARINDER 0 ⭐ Location
Waited 45 mins, only one teller. Then they had not enough change. I had to go to another bank .
