By far one of the most terrible branches I've ever visited. No one is visible as you enter the branch after a long wait they come out to ignore the queue and to not being able to help. Vague excuses to avoid my transaction cause it takes a little time the guy said... Would give this branch a 0 if I could
Ridiculous that the ATM is closed by 9pm.
Don't visit this bank branch, it is one of the worst service bank branch & bank manager is worst & don't care about client. Worst is , They have official bank phone number but they will never receive call & will never respond.I will withdraw all my balance and close this bank account. I will never visit this bank ever. Worst bank services ever......
Mortgage Advisor is a joke!! Absolutely incompetent and unprofessional!!! This branch has given me one of my worst banking experiences. I simply asked for a mortgage renewal, but they killed couple of weeks of my time, with the hopes of selling me something, refinancing, etc. When they realized that’s not what I’m looking for, they didn’t even respond to even renew my maturing mortgage….. This same branch did such an amazing job four years ago for my previous renewal. It’s a shame going downhill like that….
This branch is a joke unprofessional staff, they will disappoint you.
