Inexperienced staff who clearly lacked banking experience and shared false information. They also showed poor hospitality as they continued to casually converse with each other as I was waiting at the front Edit: While the customer service is poor, they certainly deliver with their banking services. The guy helped me finish a process that would've taken weeks, in just a single day
This has been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a bank. It seems like all the staff are new and don’t know how to handle even the simplest tasks, like creating a bank draft. It took nearly an hour just to process my request. On top of that, it was almost comical watching the staff struggle with their own printer because they didn’t even know how to load the paper. This level of unpreparedness is completely unacceptable for a bank that should be efficient and professional.
Went to this branch today to pick up my CIBC Mastercard. The staff member named Freddy gave me an excellent service, he went over and beyond what's expected. That's why I'm posting this review because he says normally customers only post bad comments, and not the good ones. Carry on with your great service!!
Feb 7/25. Left a message to book a appointment and I waited all day. Finally got a call back when bank was about to close! Called another CIBC branch got a call back 20 minutes after leaving a message.
