I called the Lethbridge CIBC as it is more local...but they were useless. I called this location and Beant (I think that's how you spell it) was very helpful and called me back with requested info. January 18th at 3:30ish. :)
My husband went in today on his lunch hour (12-1). The teller who served him (for lack of a better word because he certainly didn't receive any assistance or service) was completely unhelpful and absolutely condescending. We've been clients for 30+ years combined. Her attitude was completely unprofessional and dismissive. I agree with all the reviews . This people are the worst in the branch. They must close the branch . ATM is better than this people. Never going back . Horrible Lady on the front .
Your tellers need to learn when there is a line you don't pull your phone out and start showing pictures of hair color/styles. A teller should never have their cell phones on desk or near anyone's personal information. Medicine Hat CIBCs has by far the least professional tellers.
