Retired CIBC Pensioner, request a withdrawal from my account for $2500.00. Requested large bills. This is the second time I had to go through the new process, with in a few years. I do all of my banking online to avoid the face to face interaction, due to the inconvenience it has become. I was told in order to have large bills I would use the ATM? I was a loyal customer with this bank for 7 years. I tried to cash a check for selling my old vehicle for scrap. I paid to get the check certified from the bank that issued it that funds were available for immediate release. I go to the desk, i get denied the funds, despite all paperwork needed for it, then the lady has the nerve to say TO MY FACE, while waving my check IN MY FACE "For all i know, this check is fradulant and the people youre telling me to call are your co-conspiritors.
