This branch is quickly turning into a train wreck. We originally had our mortgage done through CIBC at Massey with Miranda, excellent service, made us transfer all of our banking from our previous provider. We dealt with Sheldon at the 3rd Ave branch after deciding to switch, we had excellent service once again. Sheldon was just too good so he moved up the ladder but still tried to help us out with a couple scenarios afterwards, it was bittersweet.
