I like the service my favorite teller is Rose she always help me in everything I need. Sometimes you have to wait on line so if you are in a rush you might have to come back again
The worst place to renew your mortgage, I have been trying to meet an agent 5 times and it has been impossible, I have booked an appointment by calling and in person and never received a call back for a confirmation, 5 times I have been there and the manager is not there or is too busy to attend me
Crappy service. They treat legitimate people like criminals.
I'm disappointed with the staff here, very rude and unhelpful. I arrived 2 minutes after closing and they wouldn't even talk with me. Felt a bit absurd that they won't even talk with me outside of business hours
