The worst customer service ever there’s always 1 or 2 people working and taking forever and there’s. Whole line up waiting this is ridiculous especially in this Vaughan area … who is the branch manager? Head office should check this location out and add more workers

I walked into the CIBC branch today and had a very unpleasant experience with one of the tellers, Rose. About a month ago, I experienced an issue with a money transfer, so I came into the branch today hoping to get proper guidance on how to complete the process correctly through my mobile banking app and avoid the same problem from happening again.
