Huge line up and one cashier working. Just Terrible!!!
Absolutely unacceptable customer service. I have been a loyal CIBC customer for approximately 7 years, and after my experience today, I seriously question whether customer loyalty means anything to this bank. I went to the branch to deposit a cheque and was simply told that the funds would be placed on hold. After banking with CIBC for seven years, I asked to speak with the branch manager to have my account history reviewed and see whether anything could be done. i'd rate this branch 0 stars if i could. even the jane and finch location is better than this. terrible, incompetent, inefficient employees. how does it take 20 minutes to do a single transaction? three wickets open with zero line movement in those 20 minutes is actually wild. avoid this branch if you value your time. dear branch management - consider replacing your staff or at least train them properly.
