Amanda Doman was very helpful, and assisted me with issues I had setting up my account. Great customer service
I went to this branch and the customer service is terrible. They never fail to disappoint me . During my interaction with staff who is always at the business counter, I experienced rudeness and unprofessional behaviour. This left me feel upset. I expected a higher level of professionalism and assistance from your team, but unfortunately, my experience fell far short of . Hopefully the manager can take this opportunity to follow up with his team and why it’s always this cibc rated at 1/2
Having one wicket open while staff just does their own thing doesn’t seem to be a sign of good customer service.
Sent a wire transfer to my mother at this location, charged $50 and havent received after 5 days, they just keep calling asking question like why my mom needs the money, I will never banking with cibc again, this is so frustrated
