Worst customer service. Lady name Prina who was at receptionist desk was rude and not willing to help. If you don’t like your job just quit so that someone who is deserving and willing to help can be there. Useless
The worst bank branch I've ever been to I wanted to make a global money transfer, and the bank employee had no idea how to do it After several unsuccessful attempts, the lady said there was too much line behind me and she wouldn't try She was very rude and treated me like an intrusive person who needed to be quickly disposed of If a bank overuses such usage the staff should be trained to conduct such a transaction
Super professional and efficient, I spoke to the manager Robert and he was very helpful and this is by far the best CIBC I’ve been to.
