I had an appointment today for 12 pm — cibc was the one who called me to set up an appointment to talk about my investments. I got there today at 11:50 am and informed the teller I had an appointment, he told me I have an appointment with Nadia and he will let her know. Everyone is slow and distracted. They don’t know how to greet a walk in customer. The girl who sits in the front is on her phone and not a single smile. The customer rep who did my work, wasn’t even talking, her eyes on her phone under the counter! Once finished, she doesn’t even let me know like is that for today? Okay you’re done. Really bad branch I wait for more then 1 hours I bring my id cart every thing but they even still ask me to much questions and says the signature does match even they see my id cart , send me security code and see my bank account with me as will but I the end she said oh I’m sorry I can’t help you . Because my manager is getting her lunch u can go to other branch . Very bad experience I had ever .
This has to be the worse bank to deal with! I needed something urgent to be done. At first the branch doesn't pick up phone calls or respond to Voicemails. Then the next day I had to go into the branch. I get there at 11:30am. The teller let's me know the branch manager and supervisor is off. Then we ended up emailing the business manager to get my thing done because he works from home. 24 hours later, all my parties call, text and email the business manager.
