I had one of the worst customer service experiences of my life at your branch this Monday morning around 10:00 AM. A staff member named Sara treated me with an astonishing level of disrespect and disinterest. There was no greeting — not even a simple “hello” or “good morning.” I was left standing in front of her while she was casually texting or messaging on her phone for at least 3 minutes, completely ignoring my presence. Horrible bank with rude and dismissive employees, I am a former client and asked for a simple letter or document confirming a closed account and the woman helping me twice hung the phone up on me like I was a telemarketer or something. Management please educate your ride employees on people skills and common courtesy.
I recently visited this branch as many colleagues recommended Ms. Fatemeh Rasaei to apply for a line of credit, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. From start to finish, she was exceptionally efficient, processing my application and getting it approved extremely fast. I truly appreciated the professionalism, responsiveness, and care shown throughout the entire process. Highly recommend working with Ms. Rasaei for any financial service needs — outstanding customer service!
Came 10 minutes early for my in appointment I was told by who I'm assuming was the concierge, that my advisor was busy and would not be back for 5 minutes I saw her helping someone before disappearing into the back rooms 30 minutes passed because she "didn't know I was here"
I had a problem with my credit card and the teller Gianluca Orsini was amazing he fixed my issue. Thank you for your professionalism, and kindness.
