I had a very satisfying experience here with Fatemeh Rasaei. She is knowledgeable and truly does her best to help.
Every time I visit this branch, I experience long waiting times. There is almost no advisory or customer support service available, which makes the overall experience very disappointing.
Bank services is bad, it’s not the first time and I felt like a ghost, didn’t get any service and had an appointment at 3 would not recommend anyone to bank at this branch unless you want bad service
