I had a bad experience with the staff at this branch. They were rude and did not show respect to customers. The staff needs to respect customers.
I have had the worst experience with this CIBC bank branch staff. Usually, I do not visit bank branches since I get the required information from their website or from their call center. This time a customer care representative asked me to visit the nearest branch to find the precise answer to my question. To my surprise none of the staff members of this branch including their manager knows details about a simple wire transfer inward remittance.
