I went in today and overheard the teller speaking a different language with a customer as he was finishing his transactions. When she was helping me I inquired about which language that was. During our conversation I discovered she spoke 7 languages! This teller and I wish I knew her name. Helped me with an issue for a business account and email I have been trying to solve for months on my own. She was friendly, very helpful and no doubt extremely intelligent. Waiting for over 3 hours for fraud department to help a customer is very helpful towards your own customer who can't use her bank card and has been kicked out of her online banking due to some blockage ...... I've tried calling 3 days in a row Thursday Friday last week and now today. Has gotten me no where and no help on being able to use my account again .... Very helpful phone service!
My husband asked for a balance certificate and they gave him a draft check so the account was $0.
This branch is absolutely terrible , I’ve tried reaching them by phone 4 days in a row now with no avail. They do not pick up their phone so do not bother trying to call. If I could give it no stars I would.
This used to be a great branch and I’ve been with them since the very early 1990’s. Customer service is terrible. Voicemails and emails go unanswered and unreturned. When you finally get through they don’t know the answers and say they will seek the answer for a specific day. Still waiting!
