I only stayed to CIBC and come in this branch because of very few the employees especially Emerson. For years, I have known him for his standout performances on his job and knows what he is doing. Never get disappointed whenever he's assisting and for that I give 10 stars for Emerson
They love to dip their fingers and toes into your account. I'm constantly charged $5 in overdraft fees when I don’t even have overdraft, and my bills are always paid from my account. Yet they always have some person on the phone lines who can’t speak English and just repeats the same line over and over that has nothing to do with my question; I even asked, like that's the only line of English they learned for the job. I'm switching accounts; I'm sick of paying make-believe fees.
Slowest branch in history 6 office's 4 teller wickets. 1 person in the whole place . 1 wicket open !!! 10 ppl waiting ...
The branch of service is poor. There is always long lineups to do any in branch banking. You can expect to wait 30 minutes in line. If you try to call the branch, nobody answers the phone, everything goes to voicemail. Pretty pathetic considered the bank makes $3 billion per quarter of a year!
