This branch has very poor customer service. It feels like the staff do whatever they want, and the tellers often give incorrect information. They also make customers sign papers that are not correct, or at least not in line with the proper procedures. The manager also seems to have limited knowledge, which makes the situation even more frustrating.
I met with Venus Valencia to set up my TFSA, but there was an error with the interest rate percentage. She told me she would fix it, but never followed up, and the issue is still not resolved.Also, I sent her an email and never replied .Literally, I wasted an hour appointment to mess up my TFSA. I’m really disappointed with the lack of communication and follow-up.
If I could rate 0 stars, I would. This branch at White Oaks doesn't care about customers. All they care about is money. Bottom line. They sign you up for products you don't want, and offer promises, and don't come through on them. They don't even offer any compensation for being a loyal customer.
I only stayed to CIBC and come in this branch because of very few the employees especially Emerson. For years, I have known him for his standout performances on his job and knows what he is doing. Never get disappointed whenever he's assisting and for that I give 10 stars for Emerson
