The branch of service is poor. There is always long lineups to do any in branch banking. You can expect to wait 30 minutes in line. If you try to call the branch, nobody answers the phone, everything goes to voicemail. Pretty pathetic considered the bank makes $3 billion per quarter of a year!
Long line up any time of the week with one teller available, may be two. Hire more people!!!
I had a horrible experience with Rashab. He was quite aggressive and pushy. And pressured us into mutual funds with high management fees which benefit the bank, not us
Extremely slow service, only one single teller works most of the day. There are a minimum of 8 people standing in line at any giving time. I usually go there with my parents and thank the lord everyday that I am not a client of this bank.
It is opening time, and people who have work decided to stop by the branch to get things done early, and guest what??? Only one teller behind the counter... it appears that they weight up their $$$$ against their clients' time and interests ... other employees are moving around and the only one teller serving the clients ... very poor management, and so unprofessional staff.
