Please please please hire new tellers. Every time I come here there’s only ever one bank teller working. So there’s always a line. Just hire more people!
WOULDN'T GIVE IT 1 STAR. WAS THERE AFTER A VERY LONG TIME AWAY AND FIRST TIME IN A WHEELCHAIR. I ASKED MAN OPENING IF THEY HAD A WHEELCHAIR WINDOW. HE TOLD ME WHERE TO SIT. Would absolutely give 0 stars. Was just treated like an addict/homeless at this cibc. Wouldn't let me walk in the branch to go to a teller. Stopped me to ask in front of everyone what banking I had to do. Why because I'm wearing a track suit. I have an account. I need to do some banking. That's it. He then proceeds to walk over and become a teller to help me. Charges me $15 to print up some banking. It was a horrible experience. I cried all the way home. I have worked my whole life how dare u.
