Today I went to deposit money into my mother's account right at opening hours. Was greeted by a woman wearing a skirt way to short. Went to counter, the young lady didnt know how to do what I asked, she asked the young man beside her. She followed by saying I'm not allowed to do that, I asked if a manager could help, she informed me there is no management on weekends. Inconvenient and pointless after hours I find it extremely frustrating that this CIBC location locks up the indoor walk-up ATM the exact minute the branch closes. This means on most days, the ATM is completely inaccessible by 5:00 PM or 6:00 PM. Because the lobby is locked, customers are forced to use the drive-thru ATM instead, which feels unsafe, exposed, and is incredibly inconvenient. This branch is awful to deal at the Staff is rude they do not deserve your business
I came in because there was an issue with my paycheque And the boy at the counter implied that I had given the bank a fake check. I have been paid via paper pay paycheque for a few months now and have not had any issues. Very unprofessional
