I had a meeting with a financial specialist named Chelsey earlier. The service I received from her was exceptional. She was extremely helpful, thorough in her explanations, and taught me a great deal. I would highly recommend.

This CIBC froze my chequing account. On numerous attempts to have the person responsible call me to discuss it I still have not gotten a phone call. We have have representatives flag emails, I have left messages for just any staff member to call me so I can get any form of communication but nothing. My car insurance, home insurance, and life insurance has bounced because of this and it looks like my mortgage is going to also bounce if they don't call me and tell me what on earth is going on. I've been a CIBC client for over 20 years. I usually do ATM deposits most of the time. When I do require teller services I'm always happy to be served by Marie. She is smart and friendly and knows what she is doing. It's employees like her that keep me as a client because they treat you respectfully. Keep up the outstanding work Marie.
