Horrible customer service, time an time again.. Its amazing the amount of things they cannot help you with at this branch, weather it be, trying to access your own bank account funds, for the record they only let you withdrawn from a teller, i may add, 3k.. Your also asked why your taking your own money out of your account.. Apparently if you don't give them a reason, they don't have to let you take your money out…( high school dropouts are controlling the amount of your money your Allowed to receive) The tellers are not hel... read more
Absolutely terrible branch. Drove all the way to Peterborough to not have to deal with the horrible customer service and rude tellers.
Worst customer service I have ver dealt with. Changing banks because of this specific branch.
Worst bank ever I have had nothing but problems with them I will definitely be switching banks mebob is the worst one always screws up my account I try avoid going to him if I can
