After 25 years as a customer of cibc I was able to find the worst customer service ever, and it doesn’t seem that no one’s care even the manager!!!!! Sad
Went in there to deposit some cash, bill counter wouldn't work because some bills were creased so they tried 6 times to count it by hand ...they came up 100.00 short 6 x . I insisted the 100.00 was there before I gave it to her. They said no. So I searched the floor were I was standing and nothing. Then I go to leave short 100.00 because they won't make my deposit because I was rude . 1 Star – Unacceptable Treatment of a Cash-Based Business I am a long-time CIBC business customer and recently moved my operations to the Lindsay area. I am also a gas station owner, and like most fuel and convenience businesses, at least 20% of my revenue is still cash-based. This is normal and expected in my industry. I don’t think anyone actually works at this location because you can never get in touch with anybody. Also the branch hours are terrible for people who have jobs.
