1 Star – Unacceptable Treatment of a Cash-Based Business I am a long-time CIBC business customer and recently moved my operations to the Lindsay area. I am also a gas station owner, and like most fuel and convenience businesses, at least 20% of my revenue is still cash-based. This is normal and expected in my industry. I don’t think anyone actually works at this location because you can never get in touch with anybody. Also the branch hours are terrible for people who have jobs.
Never answer their phone. Have been calling to hours only to go straight to voicemail every single time. Trying to get a simple task done here is like pulling teeth.
