Went in to make a mortgage prepayment and was made to wait to see if they could do it for me. After waiting, I was told that I would need an appointment! This is my money, and I don't have immediate access to it. This infuriates me, considering my mortgage is up for renewal in a month, I am definitely shopping elsewhere
Worst service I have received at a bank
Friday morning, 1 teller on , 3 others in their offices doing nothing, looking out at the 8+ people in line, absolutely horrible customer service.
