I have been banking here for 4 plus years. The level of incompetence is nearly incomprehensible. You would be better served to keep your money on the titan submarine as it would be easier to access. Only reason for two stars is because they have specific tongs for when your money gets stuck and I though that was adorable.
Had a really good experience today with Lori. She was super patient, professional, and knew exactly what I want to do. Everything went smoothly. Really appreciate the help！
They shouldn't even get 1 star. Worst customer service at this location. The Manager, Derek Chan, is very unprofessional and unhelpful. He should absolutely not be managing a bank. Horrible human being.
