Totally unprofessional bank manager and rude. Very dismissive on asking questions , I asked for a break down of transfer charges eventually gave them to me a week later and in front of customers said in a loud Stern voice that will be all . Also told me it wasn't personal losing my money MMM?

Worst customer service at this bank. Some of the tellers do not greet you, or speak during the entire transaction up to and including prompting for signatures. I’ve lost count at how many times they’ve just shoved the paper and pen at me. Also trying to get change from them any day of the week is impossible, the tellers always act like they are going out of their way to get me change for laundry.
