Wonderful ladys ! 10/10 for all them.
Machine is regularly out of service. Then if you’re lucky enough to be able to go in to get your money between the horrible business hours, you can’t even get out your own money without hostility or another sales pitch on a line of credit you never asked for. All around terrible experience.

Goldie Sharma helped us with our mortgage with CIBC and got us the best rates. He provided products suitable to our requirements. He is committed and very helpful at any time of the day. He is knowledgeable and professional. We are very happy and satisfied with his service. We would strongly recommend him for mortgage needs.
Level of service gets worse and worse. The average lifespan of a personal advisor seems to be about 6 months. Had to do a routine banking transaction. Tried to get in phone contact with our new advisor after calling the branch to find out who was currently filling that position. Was informed that person was working from home but would contact us later that day. Waited all day and no call. Advisor called next morning while the account holder was out of house.
