Not sure the name of the woman but she was extremely rude and bossy and unhelpful at all. Extremely rude and shouldn’t work in a customer service position at all. There was a gentleman who helped me afterwards who was really helpful.
They never pick up their phones
Unprofessional rude staff, worst customer service, always long lines, 10 employees sitting in the office and only 2 employees helping customer, getting an appointment is a nightmare in this bank. Better take your business to other banks where they care about your needs and provide you with professional service.
Worst service ever.
