AMAZING!! We're on vacation in Muskoka, a urgent banking matter came up, and this location was the closest to our trailer, so here we are. Juanita was INCREDIBLE, greeted us like a old friend, chatted with us quick to help, handled our transaction quickly and sent us on our way with a smile. Stopped at the CIBC atm to get cash, and our card wouldn't work back to the branch we went. I don’t understand the negative reviews of this bank branch at all. I had 2 interactions this past week and both were exemplary. The staff were genuinely friendly and warm and helpful. Every wicket was open and the atmosphere was excellent.

March 30th 2026 Its the worse ..I took 60 dollars out of my acct that had a ripped 20 dollar bill ,no stores would take it ..upon going to the bank ,I was treated like a criminal by the white ladies ( the manager and the one with the blk glasses ) it was suggested it was not their problem and id have to goto some government site to get my money replaced ..no responsibility and they indicated I was a theif ..their bank and their atm ..AVOID THIS BRANCH ..Disgusting and Iam going to be taking this to the cibc head office to le... read more
