This branch is horrible .. well the manager is she speaks to people in a condescending manner and is very rude . I simply shook my head about hours of ATM and she was ignorant. Tone of voice and body posture says alot
It's probably the worst place to put your money
This branch deliberately makes issues with documents and is unfriendly to newcomers. I recently moved to Huntsville, but I will never come to this branch again. I would rather travel to branches in other towns.
Never enough staff working. It always takes forever to get anything done. I should not be 30 min plus at a bank just to get a transaction done with a teller.
Horrible customer service. No one available to open a new account! There were at least four staff standing around chatting, apparently the none could open a new account. I went to TD and they were able to help me right away. The 2.9 rating for CIBC is generous.
