Terrible, even worse is the manager, who has no manners or respect for customers! I made a deposit on July 11th for $800! An $80 check and $725 in cash! The following week I made a deposit at the Langford branch, almost the same amount! I live in Nanaimo and work cleaning in Victoria every day! I usually make weekly deposits, because I receive payments by bank transfer, cash, and check! Would give zero if I could. It’s the most terrible experience ever at this bank. It appears they know next to nothing about banking processes. They say they can help because I’m led to believe they don’t actually understand what you require assistance with and it always ends up being a disaster. While they may have MBA’s, that means nothing in providing a good, reliable and trustworthy experience. Many of Ladysmith’s aging population appear to deal with this branch.
