I have been with them 12 years with my mortgage. Thank you to Brigit who worked hard for it but the colleagues just help me out to quit. TD took me with 2 hands. They all speak nonsense at CIBC. They will refuse to add a 20k debt back to my mortgate, they will refuse refinance. I felt the manager and the adviser are just there for their pay. The people are not helpful. They are incompetent and they cannot explain anything. I try to go and get my card. They said no. I have to have my wife there even though the card's in my name. They just don't have any understanding. It's the worst bank ever. I wish I never had a card with them but Costco is Costco

Love this branch, I have been a CIBC customer since 1994, I live in Vulcan but the service in High River is worth the drive. I wish the service in Vulcan was as good as here.
The building is beautiful and well maintained. Perfectly captures the feeling of an old town.
