Honestly the worst banking experience, on MULTIPLE occasions. Not only have the insulted me on multiple occasions, they're all very grumpy. The employers behave terribly to the customers, and the management doesn't blink and eye. They should be ashamed as to who they hire and what they allow their employees to say and do while helping customers.
So far so good. Went in and opened an account today and Sandra was extremely helpful, professional and friendly. Looking forward to moving all my banking needs to CIBC.
