There should be more tellers at the branch. Clients still have need to see a real person.
My 14-year-old daughter and I came into the branch yesterday to open her very first bank account, and we had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Mr. Saad Tuama. He was absolutely incredible and amazing! He was so patient and did a fantastic job explaining how the account works directly to my daughter, including all the great benefits of the SPC card. He made her feel so confident and grown-up starting this next chapter for high school. Thank you, Saad, for the outstanding customer service!
