Never enough tellers working. Every time I go there it take 45 minutes plus.
When I arrived the line was short enough but they only had a couple tellers working. They were super slow in there and when I finally got to the teller, she was very rude. I went to TD right after and it was the complete opposite. I would not recommend going into this CIBC, try and do as much online banking as possible to avoid this place
My account was compromised, and everything needed to be closed and re opened. Gabe the head teller, was amazing with helping me navigate this situation. Helped take the stress away from a very stressful situation. Set up an appointment for me to come back and set everything back up. I can’t recall the representatives name that I dealt with on Monday, but he was also very helpful! Thank you for making this process easier for me!
Allways exceptional service
Worst bank. They cause problems, not solve them. The CIBC app never works half the time. The only answer you will ever get from this pathetic branch is 'I don't know' and get passed to some other moron or worse they walk away from their till and say 'stand there yourself, its your problem'. How do they even have customers????
