I don't usually use teller service but today I had excellent service with Nina. She was patient and showed what real customer service is all about. Took the time to make sure my questions were answered and issues addressed.

No means no. We were waiting in line to do multiple transactions and the host at the front kept pushing us to use the ATM despite us saying no each time. She kept asking us why, we told her we had an issue at another location and we didn't want to take the risk losing these specific cheques at the machine. "Do you want me to show you?" I already said we had an error and did not want to take the risk with these specific cheques, not that we didn't know how to use the machine. She looked at us as if we were speaking in tongue.... read more
