Worst customer service EVER! The branch manager thinks she is better than any customer that comes in the door, she will talk down to you, the male at the front is the most unprofessional representative uses slang terms and belitted me and made me feel as if I was a nuisance. Dont ask them for help or even to attempt there job , its to much to ask for as a client. Will NEVER recommend anyone to CIBC unless you want terrible service and your accounts to be frozen due to fraudulent charges that they don't even want to assist in... read more
Disappointing service as usual. Standing, waiting with 3 reps at the counter
This bank is the worst bank I have ever dealt with… the representative dealing with my father’s estate account, Amanjot Neghi, has completely ghosted me (the executrix of the estate) and has not returned multiple calls and emails in over 6 months. Do not go to this bank if you want professional customer service.
