I went here expecting to be treated poorly due to years of abuse at BMO. David treated me so well and with such a great attitude that I had to write a review. Truly my faith is restored in banking in Canada. Thorough, knowledgeable, and easy going. Thank you to all at this branch for all you did.
I had a great experience dealing with David who was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. He really listened, offered advice and made a plan for me and my partner to get our finances in order and meet our future financial goals. I was really anxious before our meeting but after talking to David my anxiety levels improved and I feel like I can breathe again. We plan to meet with him again soon. The customer service rep, Jason is attentive and helpful with great customer service, but the most nerve-wracking thing was a mother and son taking up his time constantly asking about their chequing and savings credit cards. They seemed so confused that my brother had to wait for quite a while. Nonetheless, I had a great experience with Jason.
Went here yesterday to get my first credit card, I was very nervous as I didn’t understand how everything works but David made it really easy. He helped me so much and was so kind, even when I showed up 30 minutes before closing. I’m surprised they were able to squeeze me in. But everything worked out and I’m very appreciative!
A bank is really a collective of people - the building/technology doesn't mean much (to me, at least). And I've had remarkable experience with Ashley. She is always responsive and has gone above and beyond with each request. I reach out to her each month for my corporation's funds/cross-border transactions and she has been amazing.
