Banking Gentrification! Does CIBC care about the seniors? Absolutely not, worst banking experience I have ever dealt with. Two male workers basically sitting on their a$$3$$!!!!! Getting paid to do nothing! Very unpleasant experience! DO NOT USE THIS BRANCH! SHUT IT DOWN!

Zero accountability. At this day and age, you would think that their ATM's have measures in place to detect uncredited cash deposit. I bank with Simplii and attempted to deposit a large sum of cash on one of their ATM's and the machine kept spitting out money only to count in the end that I'm missing a sum of $200. Escalated and waited for 2mos only to be told they didnt find any discrepancy. CiBC steals people's money. Avoid.
