I never ever going to the CIBC branch ever again The reception lady was rude to me, ingnoring me when I am asking questions and rediculing me after that.WHATS HAPPENING WITH THE CUSTOMER SERVCIE..RUDE AND UNTRAINED.
This CIBC branch is a joke. Some of the staff are straight-up rude and act like they’re doing you a favor by just doing their job. And there’s this guy called Sumit or whatever, was the worst—zero professionalism or respect, I don’t know how he’s working as a banker assisting the community. I’ve been banking with CIBC for a while now as a business owner, and if this is what they consider acceptable service, they seriously need to rethink their standards. Highly recommend this branch. Stephanie fit us in as walk-ins, which was great. She was so fast and helpful!
