This CIBC branch is a joke. Some of the staff are straight-up rude and act like they’re doing you a favor by just doing their job. And there’s this guy called Sumit or whatever, was the worst—zero professionalism or respect, I don’t know how he’s working as a banker assisting the community. I’ve been banking with CIBC for a while now as a business owner, and if this is what they consider acceptable service, they seriously need to rethink their standards.
