The staff are ill-prepared and not very professional. I wanted to move money to my Investors Edge. Five staff members told me it's impossible and tried to shoo me away telling me to call the phone line. Phone line wait was over 45 minutes so I drove to Ancaster branch while on hold. Ancaster solved my problem in 30 seconds. BE BETTER <LOCK IN>
i had a problem with my check and i made complain to the manager,he was so nice and understanding.he apologies to me. and i really appreciate it.
I called the branch because i deposit my check in the wrong account. They told me to come to the branch , i left my job early i get here and they informed me that they can not do anything. Why they waste my time and asked me to be in the branch???
