I always go to this branch and always have an extremely good experience with all the tellers. Especially Raman is always very professional and kind to me and always gives me advice about how to handle my situation and always help me out with my questions.
This branch is NEVER staffed well. 1 person at the counters. Have had dozens of interactions and have never seen more than 2x. Always over an hour wait to be seen. I run a business and can’t constantly be waiting. Business banking policies are terrible! Fees are way too high! Do not recommend CIBC for any banking.
