I had contact with one of loan officers and a teller. Loan officer gave me a lot of information to work with and they were very helpful.
On Friday afternoon, May 3rd, I stumbled at the back entrance of the branch and planted my face against the steel fence/railing. To the 5-6 kind folks from the bank, including the branch manager and 3-4 employees, a security guard, a nurse and a gentleman who did some damage to his wrist helping me, a HUGE THANK YOU.
