I had contact with one of loan officers and a teller. Loan officer gave me a lot of information to work with and they were very helpful.
On Friday afternoon, May 3rd, I stumbled at the back entrance of the branch and planted my face against the steel fence/railing. To the 5-6 kind folks from the bank, including the branch manager and 3-4 employees, a security guard, a nurse and a gentleman who did some damage to his wrist helping me, a HUGE THANK YOU. Terrible service... manager refuses to process a payment, bank teller was on her lunch, was told to wait for her 15 min or pay at the machine which unfortunately didn't work for me. Worst CIBC experience ever here at Grimsby and excuse me but when a teller is on a lunch you need to have someone covering for lunch time.
