Big line every time I go. No different than any of the other banks around. Only the credit unions have short lines. -edit, a second staff member came out and tried to help everyone the best she could and cut the wait down to a reasonable amount of time
I'm very disappointed. cibc Advidor took all my financial info. After 5 weeks, total lack of communication, and no progress, another financial institution handled my business efficiently , promptly, and honestly, so I'm their customer now.
Imagine allowing mine and my brothers mother to come in and withdraw ALL of his money without hos knowledge as to steal it from him and nobody bothered to question it or care... good job... 🙄
