While we had an appointment, the teller didn't seem to know what she was doing nor knew the protocols for a student opening an account. Was told it should only take 5 minutes if we set it all up online, which we did but were there for over an hour.
I had a very rude teller last week I am shocked and will be calling the branch to make a formal complaint. I will also be looking into opening with another bank. This is not how you treat someone who banks with you.

Waiting almost a month to receive replacement credit card. Been told 3 times it’s lost in the mail still waiting, 4th. One is now in the mail.
