This was my second CIBC branch today. It was like a whole different company than South side. I felt like I was an unreasonable bother for trying to complete some basic banking that couldn’t be completed at the other branch. Not sure if the difference is management or tenure. Either way, internet banking is a better option.
First time in 25 year of dealing with cibc i wasn't very pleased with the guy he was every unprofessional couldn't understand him half the time. I dont think he new what he was doing .it was important what i needed from them. But i will have to wait on the smythe st bank . Been in there and they helped me so many time even when they didnt have too. Its been 6 days and still cant believe how he acted ..
Using the bank machines on the weekend can be a little unnerving when there is homeless sleeping inside
They lock the doors to the ATM during non business hours. What's the point of having an ATM that can't be accessed on the weekend??? I'm moving my money to another bank.
