Got a car loan thru CIBC it showed it would be 4% then it wasn't was 5.2% the dealership I was at tried to buy down the interest rate as many loans support that. Said CIBC did not support that so was unable to. Since then my experience with them has been terrible. I always have to go down to the branch to find out how much is left owing because they won't let me have online access to it without having a checking account with them. No wait for an atm
I don't recommend it, the bank forcefully blocks accounts, won't let me use my money. I needed to pay my rent, the bank blocked my only money in violation of Canadian laws. Regular, daily calls at 8am and more. Score ( - 1000 )
