this is the best bank I have ever dealt with by far. They don’t treat you like a number they treat you like a human being. The cashiers are amazing. When I go To the bank to do my deposits or to sit and work on my online banking there is someone asking me if I need any help within around 30 seconds that’s customer service at its finest! Anyways, thank you so much for always making me feel comfortable in your bank😊

Got a car loan thru CIBC it showed it would be 4% then it wasn't was 5.2% the dealership I was at tried to buy down the interest rate as many loans support that. Said CIBC did not support that so was unable to. Since then my experience with them has been terrible. I always have to go down to the branch to find out how much is left owing because they won't let me have online access to it without having a checking account with them.
