On Friday March 21st at 3:30 pm, I stopped in at my branch in Fonthill in order to deposit a cheque. Since the bank was open and no one in line, I decided to make an in-person deposit with a teller rather than use the ATM. I was unprepared for the way I was treated during my interaction with the teller who told me that I could deposit it at the ATM, and before I could respond spoke in a most condescending way. I just wanna say I went to this location 2 hours ago and the customer service I received was FANTASTIC! I was with my new born child and my 3 year old and I buzzed to use the elevator and the lady came down to try and get it to work and it wasnt working. She said she would help carry my stroller up the stairs. So we both carried the stroller up. While I was at the teller the lady was playing with my new born and my 3 year old.
