On Friday March 21st at 3:30 pm, I stopped in at my branch in Fonthill in order to deposit a cheque. Since the bank was open and no one in line, I decided to make an in-person deposit with a teller rather than use the ATM. I was unprepared for the way I was treated during my interaction with the teller who told me that I could deposit it at the ATM, and before I could respond spoke in a most condescending way.
