Worst banking experience of my life at Fort Erie CIBC trying to close out my sisters account since her passing on May 9th. All the documentation was in place and signed by both me and her children, head office was no help..Walked into the Port Colborne branch on Tuesday the teller Tammie was able to get the work done that Fort Erie couldn't do in 10 minutes. Thnak you Tammie for your wonderful customer service.
