The people in this branch were incredibly racist and horrible to my friend today - including the manager. They completely humiliated her, threw a piece of paper at her and refused to print something she needed. She’s a single Indigenous mom and this behaviour towards someone is absolutely abhorrent. She was immediately treated poorly because she’s racialized and Fergus is a small town. This will not be the end of this and we will be contacting their corporate office to reprimand the people responsible.
This review is just for the ATM area. It's always been open, and at least one machine working when I go there, so that's the 2 stars. It's always so dirty though! The screens have mystery smears on them that stay for weeks, and the keypad looks contagious. I once asked a staff member who was responsible for cleaning the machines and didn't get a very helpful response. Bring your hand sanitizer!!
