I visited this branch for the first time to obtain a statement, as I usually go to the mall branch for my banking needs. The experience was smooth, and the environment was welcoming and professional. The service was excellent, and a staff member named Karl was especially helpful. He was friendly, attentive, and assisted me with resetting my telephone banking PIN without hesitation. Overall, I had a very positive experience. Great staff!!
