Super racist Indian manager seen I had braids and a cheque that was $10,000 and automatically told me I cannot cash it I have to go to my main branch she should be fired this is the 2nd time I’ve been to this branch to deposit a casino winning cheque but just because I’m young and have braids and dress a certain way they profile you other than that the staff is always helpful usually to be honest it’s just the manager she should be fired immediately I don’t understand how she got hired in the first place I’ve took my banking... read more
I had worst CIBC experience ever at this location. The staff is so irresponsible and just want to sit free the whole time. They're too busy to deal any client's concern.They act like they're doing customers a great favor instead of just Their Job! Worst experience ever tbh...
Not sure about the other staff members but giving 5 stars to Noah Militello, such a polite and professional guy.
Terrible service. I was here at 1 pm in the afternoon and there was a man in front of me. Hw had an issue and the Indian lady in the front kiosk sent him away with some sort of excuse and said they would give him a call. I went there to change a phone number. I was next in line. When i spoke to her, she told me it could only be done by customer service. I was shocked. I told her the old phone number is not working and she said call with the new number and if its nit resolved, the customer service will refer me back to the br... read more
