I like them, but they have a terrible rude and uninformed teller named FABIO. I don't get how he's in customer service, he's absolutely terrible. He lacks so much knowledge and is so rude, he has no business being a bank teller. He needs to go, otherwise, decent branch with nice people. Although, they need to get rid of Fabio, not a good representation of CIBC values.

Super racist Indian manager seen I had braids and a cheque that was $10,000 and automatically told me I cannot cash it I have to go to my main branch she should be fired this is the 2nd time I’ve been to this branch to deposit a casino winning cheque but just because I’m young and have braids and dress a certain way they profile you other than that the staff is always helpful usually to be honest it’s just the manager she should be fired immediately I don’t understand how she got hired in the first place I’ve took my banking... read more
