Not sure about the other staff members but giving 5 stars to Noah Militello, such a polite and professional guy.
Terrible service. I was here at 1 pm in the afternoon and there was a man in front of me. Hw had an issue and the Indian lady in the front kiosk sent him away with some sort of excuse and said they would give him a call. I went there to change a phone number. I was next in line. When i spoke to her, she told me it could only be done by customer service. I was shocked. I told her the old phone number is not working and she said call with the new number and if its nit resolved, the customer service will refer me back to the br... read more
This banking center is terrible when it comes to providing customer service. I’ve been calling them since 9am leaving numerous voice mails and nobody even picked up the phone nor returned any of my call. Then, if you show up they will tell you that you need to book an appointment. An hour or two hour wait it fine but from 9-4 and no response??? Totally unacceptable and very unprofessional!
Never pickup phone nor reply to voice message. Worst service
