I had a very disappointing experience at CIBC today. I went to the branch to pick up my credit card, and the customer service I received was unprofessional. The representative who assisted me had a rude attitude from the beginning. She asked for my ID, and I handed her my driver’s licence. She then said she needed my ID to add it to the system, even though I had already given it to her. Rubbish staff i noticed always not helpfull just enjoy on gossip,away from this location
very very bad experience. I dont see this service in my life in any other branch or bank soo sad tooo mich time wast.....
