I did not even want to give one star. I visited this bank for some queries.They told they do not have any information about this and said sorry. They were unable to help. I do not why they sit in the bank with zero knowledge.

Been going to location over 1 year....the staff is lovely (Alexandra, Mariella, Kibra, NASH, Pari). Amazing customer service. Recently went to Rexdale Blvd new location...big for no reason. Front - end Staff is plenty...lady at far end always act like she busy. 5 persons at desk...2 maybe working to assist. They say stick to what you are familiar with....thanks for trying to make look like Vaughan. Turn around time is key to business
I dont see this service in my life in any other branch or bank they don't care about your time and your issue just say we can't do anything and other branches tell to go home branch i am coming from last 4 months for issue new debit card old card is lost still don't get seriously harrasment Waiting sit from last 3 hrs they don't do anything not busy smiles to each others then tell now the time to bank close come tomorrow' they people's get salary for just say NO or WAIT what a joke
Today when i try to deposit my money machine was jammed and money stuck in the machine and my card was stuck inside . Worst experience ever and when i retry with card machine said we are stuck and deposit service is unavailable
