This location needs to re train their tellers on how to speak to people of the public and how to actually do their jobs. The blonde hair lady that handling my situation didn't want to listen to what I had to say, didn't want to hear what was happening to my account. She out right called me a Thief and didn't do her job by listening and looking properly. She instead kept calling me a thief. I will be going to head office for this location. It seems like anyone can become a bank teller/ bank clerk these days.
Great service with this branch
So the manager is on vacation for a week and rather than having a temporary manager, they decided it is best to just not have a manager for a week. This stops any big transactions from getting approved as they need manager approvals. I never expected a bank to operate in such half-witted ways.
Its not a coincidence that Faiza is responsible for the majority of the good reviews. She has by far been the only person competent enough to take care of my complicated banking needs efficiently and correctly. Thank you Faiza
