Terrible experience at this location. I waited over 20 minutes in line to see a teller. Someone even asked the manager to help address the long line, and he completely ignored it. No concern for customers’ time at all. Very frustrating and a total waste of time. AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS!!
Had a scheduled appointment with Harjot Raju. We were there on time and he was away from work. He didn't reschedule us, or reach out to let us know. We drove 2 hours and took time out of our day for nothing.
