No tellers, no use. Please be aware if you’re in a hurry not to waste your time.
I visited three CIBB branches to make a payment. One branch was closed, even though it appeared to be open on Google Maps. The same went for the other one. They told me they don’t accept cash at this branch. I reckon you should update your Google Maps information by 2026. I’ve wasted three hours; I feel like I’m living in the Stone Age. I’ll try sniffing my way to the next open branch. A complete waste of time.
