I visited three CIBB branches to make a payment. One branch was closed, even though it appeared to be open on Google Maps. The same went for the other one. They told me they don’t accept cash at this branch. I reckon you should update your Google Maps information by 2026. I’ve wasted three hours; I feel like I’m living in the Stone Age. I’ll try sniffing my way to the next open branch. A complete waste of time.
I went on March 4th. I liked the location because it was convenient to go through traffic and easily reach to withdraw money. Good strategic location. Thank you.
