I would like to recognize Chris bempong for his fantastic customer service for me today. Best financial advisor I came across. 5 star service he was emphatic listened to my needs and provided the right solution for me.
Another branch without tellers....
We were surprised to find this location no longer has tellers but we were able to meet with an associate to open a new account. One account was required but the associate suggested a savings account as well. We left 4 hours later. What used to be a quick and easy process before computers turned into a big ordeal. To be fair, the person helping was new at this procedure. She was very friendly and patient.
Had a meeting here a while back and I was pleased with the person I met with, Diljot Singh. During it, he was super helpful and informative about banking, and I appreciate how he let me know about other services I might personally find useful while not being pushy about signing up for something I'm not interested in at the moment. Definitely will be coming back to this bank for more meetings with him (and also helps that it's close to home for me too!)
