Meh, it's okay. The bank representative Tyler is so arrogant. When I was opening an account and going over the requirements he spoke over me and said NO, this is how it works! And he passive aggressively turned his computer screen towards me and said LOOK! HERE! You're wrong! ... Left a bad taste in my mouth. I don't ever want to associate with him again which is a shame to that location because I just switched to CIBC. Next time I will request to not speak with Tyler
We’ve been dealing with this branch to close my deceased mother’s account and estate account. We’ve been told nothing but misinformation from tellers up to acting manager Tyler. He came across as ignorant and very rude when dealing with the situation. When I expressed that I’ve now been told twice nothing can happen after travelling 2.5 hours and knowing I’ve banked with CIBC for 20+ years they’ve done nothing or offered to try and make the situation better. It feels like the employees of this establishment are on mephedrone and don’t understand what they’re talking about and can’t provide any help to their clients.
