The customer service is beyond terrible at this CIBC location. I had a meeting scheduled with Kim Phung Huynh at 12:00pm. I informed one of the tellers that I arrived and to let Kim know that I was there. I waited for 45 minutes and told another two staff members that I was still there waiting. They then informed me that Kim was in a meeting and will be with me shortly. I walked out. Clients should not have to follow-up 45 minutes after their scheduled appointment.
