What can I say? If I could give it no stars I would. I have been a client of CIBC for well over 45 years and have been with this branch since it first opened up. It used to be excellent with excellent customer service and where the tellers knew you by name and welcomed you in when you walked in. Now it is the worst customer service ever and CIBC Management should be doing an audit on this location and it's terrible customer service. It doesn’t feel good while writing this being an employer with CIBC but dealing with this branch is pathetic and painful. I had fraudulent charges on my smart account and fraud department did their investigation and told me that I can get my refund but I had to visit this branch to sign a form and I went there to open my new account along with getting my refund done in the month of May and it’s the end of year but I never received my money back. Worst branch location. Staff is not friendly. No tellers, so you can't do anything at the location, ATM do not have full range of cash available. This is unacceptable
