It doesn’t feel good while writing this being an employer with CIBC but dealing with this branch is pathetic and painful. I had fraudulent charges on my smart account and fraud department did their investigation and told me that I can get my refund but I had to visit this branch to sign a form and I went there to open my new account along with getting my refund done in the month of May and it’s the end of year but I never received my money back. Worst branch location. Staff is not friendly. No tellers, so you can't do anything at the location, ATM do not have full range of cash available. This is unacceptable
TYPED IN CAPS TO MAKE READING EASIER - SO FAR, ONLY POSITIVE THINGS TO SAY - THE BLACK MAN AND THE BROWN WOMAN TURNED OUT TO BE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, VERY PROFESSIONAL AND VERY PRESENTABLE - AND RESOLVED THE BANKING ISSUE THAT I WAS HAVING. OF COURSE, I WILL BE COMING BACK TO THIS BRANCH FOR MORE BANKING.
