The Front desk service should be better at this CIBC branch. Staff don’t seem to care that customers are waiting. Nobody even asks what customers are there for or what they need. There is absolutely no attention or communication. Very disappointing experience.

What can I say? If I could give it no stars I would. I have been a client of CIBC for well over 45 years and have been with this branch since it first opened up. It used to be excellent with excellent customer service and where the tellers knew you by name and welcomed you in when you walked in. Now it is the worst customer service ever and CIBC Management should be doing an audit on this location and it's terrible customer service.
