If I could give a 0 I would, never helpful, they say they will call back with an update, which I’m still waiting on even after having multiple meetings and still no answers or explanation. Do not put your hard earned money in this account!!
Bad experience almost every time I need someone and that's not often. The banks are all the same. Little to no customer service. when you try to take out big sums of money, they have every excuse not to give you your own money at a bank lol. People I suggested keeping money in the safety of your own home.
