I have never seen a worst service than this place in any bank. Customers are waiting and staff seemed concerned least. There were 3 and only 1 was working but very slow pace. Moreover rude
No one picks up the phone here. Other banks need to verify bank drafts and this causes inconvenience to customers of other banks, not just cibc. Useless staff

This establishment deserves zero stars. There is a complete lack of customer service, and it is evident that no one is actually working here. Despite having four employees at the counter, only two counters were open, as the others preferred to either work in pairs or do nothing at all.
