Absolutely Horrendous customer service
Terrible wait time for the till, thier is a huge line up and only 2 tills open. Is alot of ppl just walking around. Very slow service. As well as the atm doors are locked at night. Very disappointed, been coming here for 20 years.

The reviews and star rating speak for themselves, what a terrible branch and it shows why CIBC is not a trusted lender. Terrible experience, they lost 4 products from us because they don't have the capacity to understand how to manage complex files. Over $1, 000, 000 in business lost! Do not go here, save yourself the gaslighting.
