This bank is really not very helpful to clients. Each time i come here there is always a long line and they don't seem to care to get more teller to assist customer. The manager of this branch should think of keeping the reputation of this bank and do something if there is a long line of people waiting to be attended to.
Today, I received excellent customer service from Eleanor Chan. She was knowledgeable, kind, and patient in answering all of my questions and concerns. She guided me step by step through my banking setup and even provided helpful advice on financial matters beyond my account, such as creating a new TRSF plan investment or transferring funds from another bank. I went to the branch to pay off car loan on behalf of my client. There are 7 clients in line and my client’s info was old. I am frustrated and saw Financial Services Representative Edison Wang demoed ATM for clients. I asked if he can help me. He sacrificed his lunch time to give me today’s loan balance and advised me a correct bank draft is needed to pay off the loan today.
