Poor customer service. Arrogant and incompetent. All I needed is a clarification on how to lock and unlock my card. I can let the incompetence slide, but the rudeness and arrogance! Sorry I just can’t.

Every single time i come here one teller has computer problems, she is literally under her desk right now messing with cords, one teller on besides her. Long waits like go get some help with your computer geez!!
