Staff is good and everything was good. But, there is no washroom facility for clients who visit the bank
The worst bank ever! As soon as I’m back from vacation, I’m switching. They don’t keep USD cash on hand, and apparently, it takes over a week to get even a modest amount. At first, they claimed to have $2,000, but—surprise!—they suddenly only had $1,000. Lying must be part of their customer service training. To top it off, when my three-year-old urgently needed a washroom, they had none for customers. Emergencies? Not their problem. Rude, unhelpful, and completely unreliable—what a joke.
The small town banks on each corner has some advantages for sure. Love CIBC for banking and some interesting years of employment. This branch has the best clients always entertaining days working as a teller!
I remember when banks used to be on your side. Now they are a greedy business …. They used to tell you about over draft fees and help with solutions. Now they just watch and laugh as they collect fee after fee, month after month. They keep quiet hoping you don’t notice.
