I can’t comment on the ATM access myself but I recently received inaccurate information at Waterdown branch not only from the teller but from the manager who can be rather abrupt at times. I walked in the Dundas branch one day after meeting with my lawyer and even though I didn’t have an appointment Mansi was available for 5 minutes. She was so knowledgeable and willing to get something going for me with the correct information and has been extremely helpful even offering phone appointments. I had a horrible experience with INNA. Please make sure employees are properly trained before they start serving customers, as better training could prevent situations like the one I went through. That being said, the manager was great. She took my concerns seriously, looked after the issues, and did her best to make things right. I really appreciated her help and professionalism.
Without getting into the endless delays, errors, and limitations I’ve experienced with business banking at this institution, my experience unfortunately echoes many of the other reviews. If you enjoy having your ID scanned every single time you need a teller to complete a transaction, or jumping through fraud-prevention hoops every time you send a legitimate business transfer, then perhaps this is the place for you. Most of the tellers are unfriendly and clearly dislike their jobs. RBC across the street is the complete opposite. This place needs a complete makeover, it's depressing.
Never enough tellers. Always waiting in line forever.
