Danijela at Westdale Branch is amazing! She has gone above and beyond to help us - even calling from home. Cannot imagine another banker doing this - so you can trust her to look after your accounts and investments - and CIBC!
I closed my account about 5 years ago, or so I thought. They failed to close it properly, kept charging fees without notifying me, it showed up as bad debt on my credit report. No warning, no contact — just damage. Totally unacceptable.
The Tellers working at the front desk are very helpful. They know how to do everything. Sometimes, you need to wait a few minutes, as they only have one teller on at a time. But it's never more than 10 minutes.
The customer service is disappointing.
