Incompetent is an understatement. Took over two months to set up an estate account for my grandmother (which CIBC themselves said should only take three weeks), lost the will, provided documents in French, would not provide a debit card, would not provide online banking, only allowed payments from the account by using bank drafts at a cost of $10 a piece. Thanks for all your hard work Syed.
