Very poorly managed Branch. Long lines w only one or 2 tellers. Choose another bank.
Phoned 6 times and left a msg to not get anything back. when I came it was told rudely that I need to set things up ahead of time

I’ve been with this bank for many years and avoid the duncan branch as much as possible. Standing in a line of 15 people for half an hour is what is in store for you if you come in. There are never enough staff.
