I had an appointment with Samantha and it was the best experience. Everything was quick and easy and she explained everything to me thoroughly. She helped me with all my problems and is super easy to talk to! I would definitely book an appointment with her again!!
Kalyani spent so long going over options with me. Every time it felt like there was a road block she would ask me to wait while she tried to find a solution. She worked into her lunch break to make sure she did everything she could (others were taking their breaks so I assume it was lunch time). Deeply appreciate the time and energy that was afforded to me today.

Bank manager was uninformed and intentionally rude. Service over the phone is equally as bad.
With how much banks profit you’d think you could reach someone to talk to!! Even leaving a message didn’t work to receive a return call! Frustrating when you have a simple straight forward question!!
