Its a bank. What can I say...it's a bank! Parking during business hours sucks. Its a loto for parking. Also after hours in my experience. No access to the bank machine. I went there at night to get cash for the following day. The door to access the ATM was locked. All Im saying is check...
The customer service and the staff knowledge need improvement
I had an appointment with Samantha and it was the best experience. Everything was quick and easy and she explained everything to me thoroughly. She helped me with all my problems and is super easy to talk to! I would definitely book an appointment with her again!!
Kalyani spent so long going over options with me. Every time it felt like there was a road block she would ask me to wait while she tried to find a solution. She worked into her lunch break to make sure she did everything she could (others were taking their breaks so I assume it was lunch time). Deeply appreciate the time and energy that was afforded to me today.
I always receive great service, in all my banking needs. And any ,iusses are dealt with promptly. A big shout out to all the staff.I Thank-you. 💞
