It’s unbelievable if you have a problem with credit card, they tell u to reach branch but there is no way to talk to anybody! Totally useless bank!!
Absolutely the worst. Been banking with them for years and they have done nothing but steer me wrong with financial advice, and extort money/fees out of me when I dont have much to give. If you call they will help you by being utterly useless. Save your money and your time please bank elsewhere
