I am a CIBC customer for a really long time. I had an appointment with banking advisor at this branch. worst ever, the person does not even listen to what I am asking for and keeps circling around the issue and talks entirely different things. I was so frustrated at the end I told not to say something else if you dont know. in addition CIBC banking itself has issues with their browser development. in this process, they have blocked my access to my own investment account. its been 6 months and now I am not able to view my acc... read more

Bad customer service. They will always try to save their time by asking you to go to a different branch or tell you only online banking can deal with your issue. I have been a long term customer of CIBC and this branch is a poorly managed branch. This branch is tarnishing the name of CIBC.
My 90 year old parents recently moved from the island to Ladner. They have been lifelong CIBC clients. I can’t say enough about how amazing the CIBC staff are at this branch. From the tellers to Prerna Chaudhri (Financial Services Representative) they treated my parents with respect, patience and professionalism. Prerna was exceptional to deal with.
