My husband and I went there to switch my credit card. The staff were very friendly and nice, but they really shouldn’t have been using a customer’s appointment for a trainee’s role-playing exercise. Since the process was already taking so long, they could have skipped repeatedly confirming the same information and the unnecessary sales pitches. Very helpful staff
Living in Tsawwassen for some long time and mostly was dealing with CIBC branch there. Want to say that received unbelievably excellent attitude and services at this location. I think this is the best place at people working ( including manager Floella Rodrigues!!) who provided excellent attitude and services in VERY difficult time for me and my husband working with papers and money!!
