Very helpful staff
Living in Tsawwassen for some long time and mostly was dealing with CIBC branch there. Want to say that received unbelievably excellent attitude and services at this location. I think this is the best place at people working ( including manager Floella Rodrigues!!) who provided excellent attitude and services in VERY difficult time for me and my husband working with papers and money!! Do go here specifically the branch manager she is the worst lady.
Rude staff, not at all helpful or pleasant. Do yourself a favor and avoid this branch like they avoid their customers. A terrible customer service experience and I hope that this is reflected in their customer numbers.
