Rude staff, not at all helpful or pleasant. Do yourself a favor and avoid this branch like they avoid their customers. A terrible customer service experience and I hope that this is reflected in their customer numbers.
Useless branch,loses CC ( delivered to them),staff have no clue what gets delivered.Dont return calls.Item delivered but not to correct place,yet they have no idea who it is.Still no answer about my card 4 hrs later..Removing my money before they lose it!!!
I went to this branch to check my global money transfer status but got the answer they cannot track I have to go through customer service through phone call. Even though I told them I’ve talked to them and they said to find the branch stuff. They just couldn’t help at all! Not even give it another try or report to supervisor. So disappointed! Hope the supervisor really think about the customer satisfaction seriously!
Phoned today and found the woman who answered the phone to be extremely disinterested in helping me. It reminded me of speaking to a sulky teenager. She spoke extremely softly, offered little help, and was not professional.
