very bad long wait nobody teach properly
Very disappointed with the service at this branch. For the past two months, whenever I deposited a cheque, $500 was made available immediately. Today, they only made $100 available, with no clear explanation for the change. It’s frustrating when the service suddenly changes without proper communication. As a regular CIBC customer, I expected much better transparency and customer service.

Very disappointed with the service at this bank branch. I came in just to get a document for my tax report, and they told me I could only get it from the branch where I originally opened my account — which is in another city. It makes absolutely no sense that customers are basically tied to one specific branch in 2026. I expected much better customer service and flexibility from a modern bank. Completely inconvenient and frustrating experience.
