Very disappointed with the service at this bank branch. I came in just to get a document for my tax report, and they told me I could only get it from the branch where I originally opened my account — which is in another city. It makes absolutely no sense that customers are basically tied to one specific branch in 2026. I expected much better customer service and flexibility from a modern bank. Completely inconvenient and frustrating experience.
Excellent service provided by gurpreet gill and she is very helpful and professional. I'm very happy with the service .highly recommend.
