The Worst branch you could go to from Service, waiting time and solving issues. After you go and wait, they will ask you to call customer service because they can't do anything.
This CIBC is alright. When we went there were 3 tellers/attendant and a security guard which is good. We came on a weekday before noon. They speak English and French. It’s not far from The Metro and near Royalmount. It looks new and renovated. So hopefully they can do good and be good to their customers and vice versa along with our Lord and Saviour. God Bless! I have switched all my accounts over to this bank, many months now and I'm satisfied with the service, I also have a Canada-based USD account and I also opened a USA based USD account which is great, you can buy stuff in New York with no transaction fees, haven't seen this option at other banks. The employees are always friendly and I've had a great experience with Alex Ji, an advisor.
