Do not go to this branch. I asked for help regarding my banking situation, but I did not get any response or update from the representative for 2 weeks
I went there today to follow up on my credit card. At first, a polite gentleman patiently tried to resolve the issue, but I asked to speak with the bank manager. Although the manager was present,he told that she is in a meeting and kept us waiting for a long time. Finally, she didn’t provide any help, and it was clear that, as bank customers, we didn’t matter to her at all. I never recommend the cibc credit card
