Do not go to this branch. I asked for help regarding my banking situation, but I did not get any response or update from the representative for 2 weeks
I went there today to follow up on my credit card. At first, a polite gentleman patiently tried to resolve the issue, but I asked to speak with the bank manager. Although the manager was present,he told that she is in a meeting and kept us waiting for a long time. Finally, she didn’t provide any help, and it was clear that, as bank customers, we didn’t matter to her at all. I never recommend the cibc credit card
I came to this bank and open my bank account. My advisor Alex was very kind and patient with many of my questions. I also applied for my first credit card and he made everything easy for me to understand and explaind how it works and how to pay the credit card. Highly recommend advisor Alex.
