This has nothing to do with the branch specifically but why am I spending my first 5 minutes speaking too a robot when I could be talking to a person and getting my information and password done in less then a minute instead of using modern technology to type keys in an outdated fashion? I dont want a whole dialogue when I could get further with someone who might not even be from canada
The staff goes above and beyond. I do some banking at a different bank and will be changing to do all of our banking at CIBC. Having some complicated banking needs at this time makes me really appreciate this knowledgeable, friendly and supportive staff.
Find it hard to believe that at 7:20pm on a weekday the doors are not open for us to access our funds at an ATM. We should be able to access our funds at that time. Think the policy needs to be revisited if you want to maintain your clientele.
Open the doors to atm. We need money out. This is ridiculous and will be looking for new bank. This is too inconvenient
