Came at 8:15AM, to their doors lock even though they say they’ll be unlocked at 7am. This is absolutely unacceptable, not the first time it’s happened too. I needed cash for a service being done at my house and now I am unable to pay them before I go to work. Whoever you have hired to unlock the doors, maybe a discussion is warranted due to this happening repeatedly.
Absolutely awful, this is the second time I came within their time and the doors to the ATM ate locked. This is such a Hassel and too unreliable its Tuesday dec 2nd 2025 morning @8:33 am and locked.
This has nothing to do with the branch specifically but why am I spending my first 5 minutes speaking too a robot when I could be talking to a person and getting my information and password done in less then a minute instead of using modern technology to type keys in an outdated fashion? I dont want a whole dialogue when I could get further with someone who might not even be from canada
The staff goes above and beyond. I do some banking at a different bank and will be changing to do all of our banking at CIBC. Having some complicated banking needs at this time makes me really appreciate this knowledgeable, friendly and supportive staff.
