I have been a CIBC client 26 years. The staff are really nice and friendly here. I have dealt with Mission, Abbotsford and now Chilliwack. I have been at this location for almost 2 years.

Nice and professional and polite
Unfortunately I have to give them a star... otherwise i wouldnt even say they deserve a star. Staff doesn't care about customer service. They closed an hour and a half before regular closing hours and didn't post it online. When I got there the staff were quite rude. I have rent that has to be paid and now I can't deposit my cheque because these morons hold my money even though I've been banking with them for over 3 years. Absolutely unbelievable.
